From May 18th to May 22nd, a dedicated team from COVNA traveled to Moscow, Russia, to conduct a series of targeted client visits. The primary objective of this trip was to strengthen existing business relationships and foster deeper, face-to-face communication with our local partners in the region.

Recognizing the critical importance of practical, immediate solutions, the delegation intentionally included our technical engineers. This hands-on approach allowed the COVNA team to directly assess the clients’ operational environments and provide real-time, on-site troubleshooting for various valve applications. By diagnosing and addressing technical challenges directly at the facilities, the visit not only resolved specific engineering issues but also reinforced COVNA’s commitment to delivering reliable, customer-centric technical support.
